The process
Cold-pressing is a kachi ghani process: oil is extracted using slow mechanical pressure and no added heat, so nothing is refined, bleached, or deodorised out of it. A combo pack keeps this process consistent across every oil inside it.
Groundnut oil holds a smoke point of 160–170°C, and mustard oil holds up to 190–200°C, both suited to Indian home cooking without smoking or breaking down early. The colour, aroma, and taste of each oil stay closer to the original seed than a refined oil ever does, and the difference shows up from the first meal.
